We Make Decisions Every Single Day.
It’s easy to look back on the big life decisions that we took..
But it’s so difficult to track every little decision that has cumulatively made us who we are today.
Do you sometimes look back and regret the decisions you’ve made?
Well a lot of us do that.
But honestly, that’s not healthy.
So I want to give you a simple framework I follow before I make any BIG or small decision.
It’s called P-E-D Framework.
Yes, and it stands for Pause -Evaluate-Decide.
- Pause and listen to what your intuition is trying to tell you.
- Evaluate your options
- Decide and pick your best option.
We have 60-80,000 thoughts a day running through our mind. We skip from one thought to the next.
Another great way of creating spa
When we meditate using a mantra, we access the Gap or the space between out thoughts.
This is the stillness. The silence. Infinite possibilities.
The more space you have, the more options you will probably consider.
You will not only have a clearer immediate response but will more likely consider the second or third order of consequences of your actions and creatively think through a problem.
Kindest,
