Years ago, if you would have told me that I would be meditating everyday, I would have rolled my eyes and thought “That ain’t happening. I’m too busy to do anything new, let alone meditation.”
But I knew deep down that my life needed a drastic change.
So I made up my mind to give meditation a whirl.
All it took was 20 minutes out of my busy schedule and my life changed forever for GOOD.
I was already getting up at 6am everyday to exercise before work.
I now knew this meant setting the alarm for 5.30am to include my meditation practice.
I made a commitment, in that moment, to my new morning routine!
That was just the beginning of my inclination towards meditation.
I never would have thought that I would travel across the world to study under master teachers – to uncover hidden forms and practices of meditation that literally have the potential to serve humanity on a global scale.
Call it a ‘Wake Up Call’ or a ‘Moment of Truth’… I finally realised that this is what I am meant to do.
I want to make it easier for people to meditate the right way and help them take full control of their stress and anxiety.
I want to help people connect to their soul, their Higher Self and start their own journey within to find out who they really are.
I started to see the everything through a different lense and a whole new world opened up for me.
I had to go through my own journey of vulnerability, authenticity and trust to be able to have compassion and empathy for others to help them on their journey too.
Fast forward and now hundreds of students have been through my training and they just loved my teaching style and created the much needed growth shift in their life solely based on learnings from this program.
Here’s what John had to say about his meditation experience:
“I contacted Carolyne out of desperation. My life was so stressful (so I thought). I was aware that much of this mental stress was self- created. I did not know how to ‘break’ the cycle. The stress and frustration and poor quality of life had become the norm. My mind was jammed and often ‘froze’ (as my computer does) and the feeling of not being able to cope was very high. I was finding this stage of my life very difficult.
After now completing the meditation program, the change to my stress levels and feeling about life have changed dramatically for the positive. My despair and so much of my fear have vanished. I am far more relaxed and excited about the future. I have a natural positive feeling which I cannot remember having for a long, long time.”
Like John here, you too can live a far more relaxed life by releasing your fear and stress that hold you back in your life.
